COMCAST LIES LIES LIES……
Thursday, January 22nd, 2009Well after todays events, or non-events for that matter, I spoke to many Comcast people. Some were supervisors from the Detroit area, some were special ops people from the higher ups, and even recieved a phone call from Mark Casem out of the Comcast Compound in Pittsburgh.
All three told completely different stories of why my idiot technician did not show up this morning.
#1 Lie) That I canceled the appointment this morning and the tech was on his way to my house.
#2 Lie) Someone canceled the appointment on Monday and that it must have been me!
#3 Lie) There was never an appointment made because the order ticket was never given to a technician.
Three different reasons, for one appointment?!?!? I dont know who to believe! All I know is that the company is full of shit.
My bill last month was $130.00, this months bill $150.00 no new services, no movies ordered!?!? These guys talk in circles and lie through their teeth any chance they get. We should all cancel as soon as possible and switch to Direct TV, Dish Network, or ATT Uverse! These guys have great customer service and know how to treat a paying customers.
