Comcast SUCKS…Still!

I know what your thinking, why are you still with that damn company? I have to wait till February 1st, to switch to Direct TV, because thats when AT&T switches from Dish Network to Direct TV.
I have had AT&T for my cell phone service for over 7 years now, and believe me I have tried Verizon, & Sprint, but the main reason I stay with AT&T is the unbelievable customer service that they provide. Anytime that I have called their office, to either complain, or just ask a question I have been treated like a human being, unlike Comcast who treats their customers like shit!
On January 18, I called the local office here in Detroit, and “AXED” to speak to a SUPERVISOR, they told me someone would be calling me back asap, because they were busy… well they did call me back… 7 fucking days later! Thats right… 7 DAYS later! Shermain (586-883-900 Ext # 3008) decided to call my ass back one week after I AXED her to call me. Thats some super service! No wonder why 75% of my condo association is with some type of DISH service now!
If you get a chance call Shermain and tell he she SUCKS! Or better yet call 215-665-1700 (Corporate Office) and tell them that they Suck! I try and do it everyday!
